Delivery & Returns
Shopping on the Fake Tan Marketplace has been designed to be fast and simple, allowing you to buy your favourite self tans and have them delivered to your home or business easily and efficiently. We appreciate that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange an item, so we aim to make this process just as simple.
What are your delivery options?
We offer standard free delivery on all UK mainland orders. Delivery times can vary but we aim to get your order dispatched to you as quickly as possible. Most of our orders are dispatched on a standard Royal Mail service.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer UK delivery, should this change in the future you will then be able to also select from International Shipping options at checkout.
How do I return or exchange a product I do not require?
Within your account you will be able to view all your past orders. Should you have a question or wish to return or exchange an unused product or a product that has arrived damaged, please view the relevant order in your account, make a note of the order reference and get in touch with us to discuss further.
Can I return opened or used products?
Our standard policy does not allow for the return of any cosmetic product that has been opened or used by the customer, this is for hygiene reasons.
