Shopping on the Fake Tan Marketplace has been designed to be fast and simple, allowing you to buy your favourite self tans and have them delivered to your home or business quickly and efficiently. We appreciate that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange an item, so we aim to make this process just as simple.
What are your delivery options?
Standard free delivery normally takes 3-5 working days to be delivered and will typically be sent on a Royal Mail service. Faster shipping options and premium delivery services are also provided including next day, please see your shopping cart for these options and prices during checkout.
How do I return or exchange a product I do not require?
Within your account you will be able to view all your past orders. Should you have a question or wish to return or exchange an unused or damaged product to a seller, please view the relevant order in your account and click on the vendor’s name, you can then use the ‘get support’ option to message the seller directly regarding your order.
Can I return opened or used products?
Our standard marketplace policy does not allow for the return of any cosmetic product that has been opened or used by the customer, this is for hygienic reasons.
